Wish there were a few more spots where it was okay to wear a bathing suit but also understand that is very much the culture there!

An unforgettable spa experience
My friend and I were truly impressed by our stay at the hotel and spa. From the very first moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were welcomed with a delicious welcome drink, our luggage was taken care of, and we received locker keys for the private guest area of the spa.
We spent a wonderful time in the large spa as well as in the exclusive spa area reserved for hotel guests. There was a lovely selection of teas and warm drinks available, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing.
When we checked into our room, our luggage had already been brought up and even our coats were carefully placed in the wardrobe — such a thoughtful touch. The minibar was complimentary, and the view from our room overlooking the mountains was absolutely stunning.
In the evening we enjoyed an incredible dinner with a luxurious buffet as well as an à la carte menu — everything was delicious.
The next morning I attended a yoga class with a breathtaking mountain view, which was a perfect way to start the day. Afterwards we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet.
We loved the spa so much that we extended our stay for a few more hours and participated in several hammam rituals, including a refreshing menthol scrub.
At check-out we even received a small gift — shampoo and slippers — which was a lovely final touch.
This place left a strong impression on us, and we will definitely come back again, next time for a romantic weekend with our partners.

Everything - I didn't realise how big the whole place was. Both the thermal spa (including spa 3000) and sauna world are fantastic - so much to choice! Enjoying the views from the sauna, soaking up the sun from the terrace or sitting outside in the steaming pools is magical, particularly at night. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and with lovely views across the valley. Free (non alcoholic) mini bar is a lovely touch too. Food is very good, the breakfast buffet caters for all tastes. I really like the dinner model: buffet for starters, salads, desserts, etc plus a la carte for the main and more elaborate desserts.
We also enjoyed one of the free walks/hikes on offer - We went to a nearby waterfall with Maria and it was a great way to spend a morning.
